NorthStar Scientific Posters offers same-day local delivery within the Twin Cities metro area for eligible orders placed before 12 noon CT, Monday through Friday.

Eligible same-day delivery orders are typically delivered between 3–6 PM CT.

Local delivery is available to institutions, universities, research centers, laboratories, departments, medical centers, and businesses. We do not deliver to residential addresses, dormitories, apartments, or campus housing.

Same-day local delivery is available Monday–Friday for eligible orders placed before 12 noon CT. Delivery typically occurs between 3–6 PM CT.

Orders submitted after 12 noon CT will generally be delivered or prepared for shipping on the next business day under the normal schedule.

If next-business-day delivery is too late, customers may select pickup at checkout. Pickup orders are usually ready within 1–2 business hours after we receive a print-ready file and confirmed payment.

Turnaround depends on receiving a print-ready PDF, confirmed payment, and complete delivery, pickup, or shipping information.

For campus or institutional delivery, please include:

• Building name

• Department or lab name

• Full street address

• Contact name and phone number

• Any helpful delivery instructions

We may call or text when we are nearby and can meet you or a colleague outside the building.

Customers may select pickup at checkout.

Pickup orders are usually ready within 1–2 business hours after we receive a print-ready file and confirmed payment. When your poster is ready, we will email pickup instructions for our Lino Lakes, Minnesota office.

Pickup may be a good option if:

• You missed the 12 noon same-day delivery cutoff

• You need your poster as quickly as possible

• You prefer evening or after-hours pickup

• You are outside the local delivery route

• You are ordering on short notice

After-hours and weekend pickup may be available when confirmed in advance.

NorthStar Scientific Posters ships eligible posters anywhere in the United States.

At this time, shipping is available only for foldable fabric posters. Fabric posters are lightweight, portable, and well-suited for conference travel and shipping.

We typically use 2-day Priority U.S. Mail. FedEx or UPS may also be used if the customer provides an appropriate shipping account.

A flat USPS shipping fee is charged at checkout for eligible shipped orders.

Shipping timelines begin after the poster has been printed and prepared for shipment.

If there is a problem with your file size, resolution, orientation, formatting, or selected poster size, we will contact you before printing. File issues may delay turnaround.

Weather, traffic, campus access, order volume, or incomplete delivery instructions may affect delivery timing.
